Sonja is the founder and Chief Ideation Officer of More Beyond. She has been working in the fields of narrative and complexity for over 12 years.
Previously she was the co-founder of The Narrative Lab and has also done consulting for IBM and PWC. She is the South African partner for Prof Dave Snowden’s company Cognitive Edge and has been involved in narrative and complexity based work for over 10 years. More recently she qualified as a Level 3 Strengths coach and she is passionate about helping individuals and teams to find meaning and fulfilment in their work, as well as increase productivity by leveraging their unique talents and strengths. Sonja has done work for many blue chip companies including Sasol, Absa, Standard Bank, Nedbank and Anglo American.
